Redesign of provider page with the goal of becoming more engaging and user-friendly to potential CHA patients through clear call to actions and a system of hierarchy based on the potential patients’ needs.

We established four pieces of information as important to patients when looking for a new doctor: what service the provider practices, their location(s), if they are accepting new patients and how to get an appointment.
